Help with Maxsea please!

I got the software with a USB dongle from a previous owner - when I try to load it it can't find various files - e.g. arcs&seafarerconfig.exe. I have also tried minimum config and it still can't find various files. It's V11.0.5

Am I doing something wrong?

Was the software installed by Maxsea's installer or simply copied across to your PC ?

I was given the original CD and dongle..
