Looking at the spilling air mainsheet post - page 1 is fine but page 2 is suddenly twice the width of my computer screen and I have to scroll across to read the end of each line.

I went into User Options and reduced the column rows from 80 to 60, pressed submit but no difference.

How do I adjust the display width of posts please?

I'd say the problem isn't at your end...... one of the photos on that page was larger than normal/desirable, distorting the page width for just about everyone.

Thanks for that but it merans I and many others probably won't be bothering to read that page which means we possibly loose some peoples valuable contribution.

Will it disappear if I activate ignore user for the person who posted too large a photo?

Short answer is........ I don't know.

However, it doesn't happen very often (sometimes url links can do the same too), so it's probably better to live with it and scroll across the page, rather than ignore someone.

The one person you ignore, might just be the one to make the most valuable contribution to a thread. Unless it's me, of course! /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

It's a fairly common problem. Just move on to the next page. It only effects the page the pic is on.
We have suggested to Keith they incorporate some resizing default software in the forum. It will probably rely on budgets if they do it.
