help surveyors in scotland

Help urgently needed, I purchased a boat 4 years ago and I am in 3 weeks going to court re the survey, has anyone had a bad survey in Scotland, or been told by a Marina/brokerage to use a specific surveyor as oppossed to their own choice?

I used Jim Abernethy from Murray, Cormack & Associates three years ago when I bought an old Moody 42 in Rhu, north of Glasgow.
I can strongly recommend him! Nice, helpful and really took his time.
