Can anyone help me??
I am trying to source a couple of 1 1/2 inch Aluminium Sowester deck fuel fillers.
Does anyone know of a company that does now make these in exact same dimensions, so I don't have to drill more holes in the deck?? (The Plastimo replacement I bought has the four screw holes in the same place but is a couple of mm too wide!!!!)
Or alternatively does anyone have any tips for un-seizing my seized ones- they haven't been used in 12 years and I think they need more than WD40 and brute strength!!!

Thanks

Thanks!!!! I already tried hot hot water- it wouldn't budge!!! Think there may have been something in the diesel might have reacted with the metal... i just don't know!!!!

And I spotted the water one on ebay too thanks, but really need a 'fuel' one or I'll completely confuse myself and that may end up a very expensive mistake!!!

I would suggest boiling oil as a next try then a blow lamp. Had the same problem failed with boiling water then used a blow lamp which worked but would suggest the oil first
