Help required setting up Rutland 240 router with Ubiquiti Bullet

I am using the RUT240 router almost continually with my EE SIM card, but as we are going to Ireland shortly I would like to be able to fall back to whatever wifi is available using the Ubiquiti Bullet. My networking skills got me up and running with the 240 ( basically plug in SIM card , switch on and go), but struggling to integrate the bullet. The physical connections I'm happy with I can talk to the RUT240 via 192.168.1.1 and to the Bullet via a direct ethernet connection on 192.168.1.20, but I'm getting lost when it comes to linking the two systems together.

Any pointers to how to integrate the two would be gratefully received.
