Thats coz everyman and his dog is trying to access it so the bandwidth allowance has been exceeded in a nano second of the post going up.

How big are the piccies you've put on there Andy? You've exceeded your allowed bandwidth (so no one can get on there now) extremely quickly, so piccies might be too big????

Personally, I'd change the background. Although it looks 'nice' I find textured backgrounds like that, with pale writing, difficult to read. Didn't get much further than that.

OK, back in.

Pictures aren't too big, so looks like doesn't need many people to hit site in an hour to exceed bandwith limits.

I'd move the two rows of lnavigation links a bit further apart so that it's more obvious they are separate 'about us' , 'boat details' etc

Also give phone number as well as email link - many people like to call

Provide summary up front on home page of what you do, people don't like to go navigating around a site unless you hook them quickly, and you might lose potential customers who are too lazy to click on your navigation links.

Dive Dover and gallery are empty? remove these links until you something in there.

Bandwidth has just been exceeded again, so can't go further. If you are going to use this as a commercial site, will need to fix this side of things.

Geocities is a no no unfortunately. It makes you seem very amateurish, and it will not show up very well in search engines.
Just looking at your code >>

<head>
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=windows-1252">
<meta http-equiv="Content-Language" content="en-us">
<title>Home Page</title>
<meta name="ProgId" content="FrontPage.Editor.Document">
</head>

Search engines such as google will use the meta tags to list your page primarily and your title homepage will join about six squillion pages at the extreme bottom of searches.

Try >>

<META NAME="robots" CONTENT="FOLLOW,INDEX">
<META NAME="revisit-after" CONTENT="10 days">
<meta name="description" content=" TAURUS DIVING LTD 07860 934712 Charter diving boat from Dover ">

This is just a suggestion, also have a look at hosting, companies such as <A target="_blank" HREF=http://www.34sp.com>34SP</A> are very good and affordable, I use them for my site and have no problems at all. Also I just looked for Taurus-diving.co.uk and it is open….

taurus-diving.co.uk £5/year X 2 year = £10

taurus-diving.com £10/year X 2 year = £20

taurus-diving.net £10/year X 2 year = £20

hope this helps, if I can help any further please feel free to PM etc.

Do we all have pics of our boats on web sites?

I posted a load of my boat on a website, also did a video, unfortunately I need someone on another boat to video it from the outside as it goes past.

It would be really cool if we had a gallery on this site with pics of our boats on it?

The only comment I have, is register your own domain, much nicer not to have the yahoo adverts on it. Otherwise, nice pics....
