Help please. Need a good joiner.

Can anybody recommend a self employed or retired carpenter, joiner, or boatwright in the Brighton area who could do some work on my Hillyard 12 Tonner?

That's not really what I'm looking for at the moment. There are companies locally who I can call on.
What I need is a craftsman who lives in the area, that I can call on to do the woodwork jobs that crop up from time to time.

Hey AuntyBrett, I would love to do some work for you. I,m IBTC qualified and have had two Hilyards in the family for some time now. I also happen to have restored Chris Wadingtons Itchen ferry shown in this months CB mag.

One small problem, Im in New Zealand at the moment. But Im coming back in July for 3 months with the girl friend and could do with a little work to help us on our travels.

I have a friend who lives in central Brighton who is a former shipwright/joiner. He has been working as a chippy for a while, done some work for my brother who lives in Brighton. Definitely worth talking to him.
