HELP on stern gland packing please

My stern gland seems to be a Teignbridge type? One end bolted to the stern then a short section of rubber tube, (5") then a flanged pusher to compress the packing. The shaft is s/steel 1 1/4".There is no greaser hole fitted. I thought packings like this needed greasing. Has anyone any idea what packing would be fitted

I would use teflon impregnated packing, normally available from chandlers in suitable thickness and length.
