Help needed with wiring Yanmar 1GM10

I have a 1GM10 Yanmar diesel inboard which was removed from a derilict boat. Unfortunately i was not present at the time of removal and no record was kept of the wiring setup between the control panel, battery, starter motor and alternator.
Can anyone help with any details on what is connected to where and the size and type of wire used etc.

If you send me your faxnumber via email, i can fax you the schematic from the manual probably tomorrow (if i have it at home) or end of week (if its in the boat). Wiring depends on the type of panel you use with the engine with or without integral rev counter.

My boat has a Yanmar 1GM10, and I've got a manual, so if you like, I could scan in those pages which look relevant, and email them to you.
Where are you? if you are close-by, you could come look at the boat to see where the connections all go to.

Unfortunately i am down near Portsmouth, I have found a manual for a 1GM10 and hopefully i can work some sort of circuit out from that. Thanks for the response and if i get stuck i'll drop you another line.
