Help needed to swing a Compass on a Steel Boat

I have a Sestrel Moore compass with a lot of deviation and I need a professional to adjust it for me as I lack the talent.

Yes, I understand the principles of how to draw the curve, but I don't know how to adjust a compass showing 15 degrees of deviation.

Does anyone know somone in London who provides a service to do this?
