Help Needed - Cardboard Template

Hello. We are just about to order a new boom for our Rival 32. Now I have chosen to use Z-Spars as they come in at the best price. Now to get the process running I need to provide them with a cardboard template of the back of the mast. Now I was useless with Cardboard and cutting at school and even after speaking I am still thinking what the best way of doing this is. Do I just get a Cornflake box and mark it? Has anyone had to do something similar.

Sorry for the silly question but I need to get this one right.

You could try a Forge Steel Profile Gauge 5"or a 10" from screw fix or B&Q. we use them at work to profile shapes.

Thanks for that, I think it may be the best solution. There is a screw fix near me so will pay them a visit this afternoon.
