Help needed again! Yamaha F30a misfiring

Hello to one and all again, I recently posted a help/advice question about my engine which has now been resolved, http://www.ybw.com/forums/showthread.php?452417-Advice-needed-electrical-starting-problem-any-ideas! a big thank you for your help, it turned out to be the relay switch as advised.

Having now been out on the water a couple of times another problem is evident, Help!

At tick over the engine is sweet, from just above tick over to just under 3/4 revs the engine starts missing, 3/4 to full throttle it runs sweet and gets me up on the plane. Going from full throttle back down to tick over is the same, it starts missing again under 3/4 revs.

Any ideas? In the meantime I'm going to change the spark plugs and inline fuel filter.

Certainly no harm in changing the plugs and filter but the cause might well be dirt or corrosion in the carb which will need stripping down and cleaning.

That's the problem resolved, I also put a carb cleaner into the fuel tank, now it runs smooth and sweet at any revs.
