We have a new boat!
I'd updated our old one with a simple NMEA 2000, but I don't want to replace the current setup on the new boat right now. I do want to extend it a little, because it has no chart plotter and I'm considering getting back to having (maybe) the B&G Vulcan I installed in the last boat.
Curent set up on the new one is a NASA wireless wind sensor, which is NMEA 0183, and an Echopilot Bronze Trio with two transducers for depth and speed. I don't have a manual for the Echopilot, but I have found out it handles NMEA 0183, so the question is, are the transducers in the photo NMEA 0183 or just analogue, and if they are analogue can the Trio (which has NMEA 0183 output) convert that into a NMEA signal?
