Help Identifying a Burgee

I wonder if anyone can identify this burgee please? Have had a look online but no luck unfortunately. Thank you.

looking at the crescent and use of green I would suggest it's belongs to a 'royal' Eastern yacht club.

The basic burgee, red/white/green without the crown/stars/moons is that of the Hungarian sailing association.
