IF somebody can help me, thank you very much.

Don't know what he said, but can you let us know the measurements?

Are you sure it was built in Maldon and in 1949?

bonjour,

It's write on the french identificate book built in 1949 in Maldon. The name of the builder seems to be "Burnan & brocker" but i'am not sure of this name.
lenght is near 27 feets (8,20m)
wide 2.5m
weight 2.5 T

I think it may well be Mariet, built in 1948 at Tucker, Brown & Co of Burnham-on-Crouch (very close to Maldon). Designer is down as 'J.F.d'E. Jones, A.I.N.A.'

Possibly built for W.H. Lloyd Mead of Burnham.

thank you, for all of these informations, but I want to ask you something more: is this builder still exist, could spell the name of the designer and is he still alive. And what's mean A.I.N.A. ?

Tucker Brown no longer exists but the Cole family are still in the area (Rice & Cole). A bit of history here.

It may be worth putting a post in the East Coast Forum.

Don't confuse Rice & Cole with the Tucker Brown Coles. I heard last year that Bob Cole was still alive, so I suggest that you try to make contact through the Crouch Yacht Club. If Tucker brown built the boat he would remember it.
