Helm seats

I am wanting to buy a couple of new seats for my motor boat - both fold-down, and one of them with fold-up arms also. Where shall I look? Most of the ones in Chandlery catalogues seem to be rigid plastic. Any ideas would be most welcome. Thanks. Ian C.
