Hi All,

Just thought i'd pop up and say hello as, after a couple of years being out with friends, I have bought my own boat! Also live on a houseboat but that doesn't move and it's so houselike it's rather easy to forget it's a boat.

Bought myself what I believe to be a Fletcher Arrow, 13ft, looking rather crap at the moment as the orange gel coat is faded but now really enjoying having my own boat!

Usually to be found between Molesey lock and Chertsey lock so give us a wave if you're about.

Welcome to the forum, always nice to hear from new folks.
Many of us started with small speed boats on the long downward spiral to bigger boats and the resulting poverty.
Will be visiting soon on our annual trip to try add a little class plus a demonstration of seamanship to the Thames
