Helicopter Photos over Formentera/ibiza

Was travelling from mallorca down to ibiza and between formentera and ibiza there was a helicopter flying over head taking photos of the boats heading to ibiza, does anybody know who/what the company is called that take these photos?

Pictureplus took photos of us off St Tropez in 2007. The photos were excellent, and I would certainly have bought some, but it was the delivery trip and there were ropes supporting the bimini and some other clutter on view, so we thought we'd wait till next time. Although we've seen the chopper a couple of times since, we've not been able to attract it's attention, despite driving round in circles chasing it.

Probably Picture Plus but Flypictures http://www.flypictures.com/en/accueil.php in St Tropez do a lot of shots like that and do tend to go out of the St Trop area, their chopper is quite distinctive (picture on the front page of the site)

Very likely to be Sloan Helis. If it's not them they will know who has been operating in Ibeza.
