For some unfathomable reasons, quite a few of you have expressed sympathy, concern and an interest in being kept up to date on my current medical adventures.
I have been poked, prodded and palpated, then X-rayed, CT’d and MRI’d until I glow in the dark and after much learned humming and stroking of beards, the assembled oncos seemed to come to a consensus that the little bastard melanoma was unlikely to have metastasised and I’m unlikely to need chemo or radiotherapy. They’re still going to slice me up a bit, just to make sure, but I’ve been shunted down the priority list. Should be around the middle of August.
