What is best and easiest way to clean off heavy oxidation and contamination before polishing?
My boat has been on the hard for 2 years while im restoring. wanting to get a good clean and polish this season.

All recommendations and what don't work appreciated.
Thanks.

Wash with boat wash or dish soap. You might need limescale remover for the waterline and if you have any yellow/brown staining you will need Y10 or Oxalic Acid. Then you can either wet and dry sand with Mirka Abralon 1000 grit or use a heavy cutting compound. I use the Abralon on a DA Polisher with lots of water.
