heat exchanger for lister SW2a

hello all........I need help.
I have a 1948 22 foot timber boat powered by a SW2A lister 2 cylinder water cooled Lister (13.7 hp). This engine is currently Salt water cooled and I want to change it over to fresh water cooling. Please note I do not have an endless supply of money and keel cooling is not an option. Basically I am looking of advice on how to set it up and what I will require to purchase. Have a look at the Martek units available from Aquafax. Fresh water is circulated around engine with an electric pump and then salt water pumped through the units heat exchanger using the engines raw water pump. Good bits of kit.
