The heads on my Hustler 30 is a bit of an eyesore and is in need of refurbishment. As can be seen from the attached photo it is not the Tardis (or even the Turdis) as space is at premium. My only real thought is to hide the pipework behind a removable panel and perhaps fitting a sliding sink linked to a cold water tap. Does anyone know of such a propriety sink or have any other suggestions how I could improve the heads?

It all depends on the depth of the cupboards above the loo. That will determine the size of the sliding sink - otherwise it will also need to tilt. Hiding the pipework will lessen usable space, why not just make it neater?
My old Shipman28 had a sliding sink and tap on a flexible hose, and drained into the loo.

The early Contessa 32 had a sliding unit with basin set into a ply top with hinged flap at the front to conceal pipes etc. also a small cupboard above with two doors. Later models had a moulded grp unit , some revamped recent boats have returned to a sliding system with a more chic look. You need clearance at rear for piping loops and also at front for lifting pan seat , you will also have to consider the tap , a foot pump allows you to just have a small outlet folding or one set into the bowl.

Here's mine on a 26 ft motorsailer, very compact heads like yours. The sink is a drop-down unit, emptied by putting it back in place. Hot and cold taps inside, plus a couple of toothbrush holders that cannot possibly work!

Thanks for the ideas. I never thought of using a foot pump perhaps that in combination with a folding sink may prove to be the answer, as I don't have electric water pump and calorifier (yet). Cheers
