Headliners and maximising cabin space

Given that most cabins on yachts are on the small size, what about using a headliner that would seem as though the space was doubled upon its installation.

I am not commenting on the downsides or upsides of this!

yes did both on my 60 footer made it look like a realy big room

hi my problem with it is i get up in middle of night sometimes and walk into the one wall i also done .as it looks like a long passageway when you leave the bed room . good for a laught sometimes as i make it known when it happens as it dose pull you up pretty quick . but its realy good and makes it very light .
