Just spotted this on my "Navtex" (an RSS feed of the radio navigationl warnings). It' a few days old but appears to still be current and may be worthy of note for those heading to Oostende voor Anker this weekend (lucky devils) ...

WZ 632/16 * 201420 UTC May 16 * SOUTHERN NORTH SEA. North Hinder South TSS. NE bound lane. Fairy Ouest buoy and Garden City buoys both unlit.
