We've recently returned from a few glorious - if rather chilly - days on the Ore & Alde. What a wonderful area but such a shame to see all the rubbish on the sea walls.

We were particularly saddened when anchored at "Abraham's Bossom" where I took the attached photos. It doesn't take much to work out who is responsiblefor the vast majority of it (polyprop rope & netting, broken fish-boxes, scores of industrial rubber gloves etc.)

Isn't it incredible that in these times when local fishermen are under such pressure & requesting support from the rest of the community that they can treat their own local, and truly special, environment with such absolute contempt?
