Under current rules he could do a 360 deg penalty. Or is it 720. Glad I don't have to race any more.

I have never raced, and don't plan to. I think it is silly, and seems to have produced a "race" of obstreperous, shouting clots in silly costumes not really wanting to obey the colregs.
