I know the crossing has already been remarked on, but there is an article in The Grauniad today, about Hilary Lister, the quadriplegic who sailed across the Channel recently.
Interesting in many ways, but particularly about the Heath Robinson nature of the adaptations that were made to the boat and the very modest cost. It further reinforces my admiration for her, and I hope that we'll soon be reading about her circumnavigation of the UK.
Ballsy though she is, I note that even she bore away when faced with a Wightlink Ferry.... /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif
