i was thinking of making a hatch garage for my snapdragon 747 to fit over the existing hatch and wondered if anyone out there has a mould i could hire or borrow i dont think i am up to making a mould !

If you can't get a mould, you could make it out of ply covered with glass cloth. A few coats of paint sprayed on and it would be indistinguishable from the GRP item, which on my 24 is only screwed on with a few self tappers anyway.

Whatever you use, make it strong enough to walk on and the top surface non-slip.

assuming you are talking about making it in fibreglass a mould is not that hard to make, take the measurements of the house ,allow clearances etc.really its only a mockup of what you need but backwards
if you use hardboard for your faces plastercene in the corners and along the joints a couple of coats of wax and thats about it.try and make all edges rounded as its not easy to lay glass into a tight angle,a good project for the winter
it might be worth looking here

I am currently making a ply / timber hatch garage for my new yacht.

The one I make for my previous yacht was simular but all wood, this one has a galvanized steel inner support frame just because the boat is steel.
