It's busy at this end. Despite the drizzle and downpours last weekend, finding somewhere to moor up was a problem. Goodness know what it'll be like when the weather's good

Agreed ... we traveled from Teddington to Marlow on Monday and Tuesday and hardly passed any motor boats just the occasional hire boat and weather was good.
The cost of running a boat must be a factor but I think the River is just too slow a way of life for the modern world. It's bad news for the River and sad because I never cease to be amazed at just how beautiful it is.

I'm not surprised it was quiet on a Monday and Tuesday. Boat owners who aren't retired or on holiday were at work!
