£/€ dropped below 1.30 for the first time in a while today.
It looks like the opportunity to pick up a euro zone bargain is getting more scarce.

Will we see eu buyers returning to U.K. Shores in the coming months?
 
I have been looking from November at the rate and it has been slowly getting worse and forecasters are saying it isn't going to improve much for a while

I bought mine when the rate was 1.2. It was still a bargain because at the time the Italian government was toying with a punitive tax on motorboats and the seller was motivated. There's more to it than just the exchange rate. Besides, the word 'Greece' will be back in the news at some point and we'll be back to 1.4 :)

It did impact on the UK market,there are some mid sized flybridge boats new to the market very realistically priced to sell.
