Youd think 'salt water raving madnes's has hit Thames town.
Certain towns are seeing an increasing number of 'village idiots'unable to govern their emotions
during the day.
Temper tantrums waving arms around brawls between 100 strong gangs of bored youths
100s spending all day 'in the pub' its all happening.
We know of one 'idjut'locally who sems to sleep in a car lot.
Oh the police know all about him but no one seems to be able to section him due to borderline/
austerity issues.
His modus is to hassle strangers aggressively for fag money in the street,
verbally abuse strangers he comes across his favourite insinuation being
that they are a 'peed-doh;,!A word he nadies about with alarming regulariy
on the basis of nothing at all.
It seems to be some sort of mischief making criminal slang that hes picked up somewhere
in the hopes of causing alarm and distress or perhaps hes found it triggers some ignorant folks panic buttons effectively?
Whatever it is its disturbing and ugly and is all part of the battle for decency in these dwindling Midland towns between street scum and
the industrious.
Naturally elderly married gentleman find this quite unsettling.
His clothes are always the same filthy rags he sleep rough in at night.
As many as 30 strangers have been hassled by this pain in the backside
in one day.
He is banned from many local shops.
I suspect this is only the tip of the iceberg down by the river
