Sorry, slightly off-thread, I saw Brian Peters while driving down the Birdham Straight on Saturday and was wondering if there was any news re the people that lost deposits / court case etc etc.

I understand that the customers who had "lost" deposits or payments on brokerage boats have now recieved their moneys or had their boat. The third part suppliers have not had there money as yet.

It would appear I may have been around longer than some. I tend to only read the forums , occasionally I find myself being somewhat better informed than others and so add a comment if I feel it can help.

So was that your car I noticed on saturday? Quite fancy upgrading mine to the twin turbo version. Quite a few chips available for that model now, and not of the salt'n'vinegar variety. /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif.......but unfortunately other priorities.
