Sadly, no.
Barbara did receive a report of a possible sighting from a chap who saw the article in YM (but he had not been on this forum) - he saw a vessel that matched Colros' description (even had a perspex observation dome) up the Guadiana River in Portugal, but this subsequently turned out to be another boat.
Various folk, including 'Jeanne' on this forum, spread the word locally in Southern Portugal, on the local radio nets, and searched the whole river - thanks Jeanne for going to all that effort!
