Actually my mobo is in good nick. As an engineer myself I do what I can, and use a local guy for the more specialised jobs.

My fuel gauges don't work after some wiring changes for Boat Safety(!) One moves not at all the other pings over to the pin when the ignition is switched on.

I hope its just an earth problem cos the Thames is a bit far to trouble you

Hi Is Weymouth too far for you to get too...
I have a boat with a 22year old Ford 'D' series six cylinder six litre diesel with a Sabre marinising conversion...
All in good working order but in need of some TLC....

I could pop over some time, your just under 40 miles away. If I can I cycle everywhere so might pop over sometime during the week or something if you like

I am busy all day Tuesday and on Wednesday morning but the rest of the week is my own so if you could make it down here that would be fantastic...
The boiat is in Weymouth Council marina - I wonder if you know it?
