Harken 40ST Winches

I have a Beneteau 35s5 with Lewmar 46? main winches. I now have the opportunity to purchase some Harken 40 ST winches, but I am not sure if they will be big enough for Genoa winches.

Does anyone have any experience of this size of winch on a 35 foot boat?

It is a but subjective and depends on the strength of your crew and the size of the genny on your particular boat.

I would think they are too small.
If you have had occasions in the past where it took a lot of work to sheet in hard with the 46's then the 40's will definately be too small.
The mountings will also be different.
