Hardwood base for a chartplotter

I am having difficulty trying to source a base for a chartplotter, something similar to this but in a hardwood:

I have tried K J Howell, who have helped with other bits but cannot with this.

Any ideas who would make something like this?

It's not difficult to knock up a hardwood faced ply mounting box and finish the edges with L hardwood.
Have a go.

Laminate several slabs together, then shape the base to follow the coach roof line. Howells have plenty of suitable bits.

I'd have a go with strips of Sapele, plenty of it on eBay.

+1 great idea why didn't I think of that, just bought a piece that just needs 1 cut to make a perfect size.
