too late The Harbour Master told me they have been sold that is the chelsea and the richmond they for 35K each !

Been there, done that

At least their boat has a solid hull. My old broads cruiser was lucky to have survived.

Nope

They use a specialised articulation device you can fit to things

Called a hinge

According to him they are getting at least one catamaran hull type boat he also said that the manning will be until 10.00 pm as opposed to the current 6.00 pm

I think they are being supplied by Ecocats, the company run by Henry Mayhew, who is the guy who advocated the ending of Red Diesel as part of the marketing campaign for his wunnerful craft. Presumably being used by PLA because of low wash, environmental impact etc.
