Harbour Dues: the worst?

£292.35 p.a. for a 28 ft boat : services supplied , 8 buoys leading into the harbour..

A pontoon is provided for which an additional charge is levied,
mooring is bow to, no finger pontoons or stern bouy for making the stern secure no services provided, not even water!

This is Hartlepool harbour..anyone got a worse mooring? oh and dont bring up the subject of Hartlepool marina, they have just increased prices by 50% and its about £200 for a quick lift and bottom scrub ..and they say no to providing scrubbing posts or a pad on the grounds that it would reduce lift out revenue!........(shades of MDL!)

More likely £298 per metre pa.
