As I spend a bit of time sailing single-handed and when Mrs B joins me she doesn't do ropey things or sit in the shade, I do have space for an occasional local crew.
A young lady who is probably under 30, extremely easy on the eye, lithe and fit, enjoys sailing in very few clothes, and wouldn't be averse to knocking out a tune on the hornpipe would probably be very suitable.

Is this realistic? or have I just awoken from a lovely dream? /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif

Purse your lips.

Sorry Woody...... You've not quite got the hang of this forum thing. I was hoping for a young lady, That's 2 bollocks less than you. /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif

Were you sleeping, or just reading one of my posts?

the exuberance of youth ......

old bull and bullock roam over to the fence and see a herd of cows - quick says the bullock, lets get in there and get a quick shag, no says the bull, go slowly and lets shag em all

there endeth the lesson

It was an abritary choice. I really meant lithe, fit and healthy. I know some very athletic 40 year olds and some podgy, slovenly 20 year olds.
My most humble appologies.

I have to agree, There plenty of 40 year old's who would you know with, and there's many boring, fat 20 year old who i wouldnt with.

Yes, but if you made mad passionate love to them and they ever found out you'ld be in real trouble.

This post sounds like a very good way to get Mrs B out with you!

I recently met a lady who often went single handed because hubby wasn't into sailing, and when she heard that I did as well, wanted us to go out together for moral support. When I told SWMBO, she suddenly decided the weather was warm enough to come down to the boat. Funny that....

/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gifAnd before any of you lot get into ribald mode /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif, the suggestion was purely for sailing, she on her boat, me on mine. Nothing else implied or intended.

No, really /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Really Steve, we believe you. Really. /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Of course, I couldn't comment on my intentions. Have to see which way the wind blows.

Thanks for the offer, but I think you may have got the wrong end of the stick.
I doubt if hubby fits in with

Although after entreaties from Powerskipper the age range has moved up!

If you see us give us a wave. "Subsitute" 18ft, yellow hull, 'V18' on the sail. You can spot us if it's windless because we are still trying to sail and if it's windy because we can't find the reefing gear handle.
