Hand carved name plates

A friend wants to get some hand carved name plates made for both sides of the bow and a quite large (5 foot) one over the wheelehouse.

Loxation is Lowestoft

anyone kmow a suitable firm or person in the localle or maybe even further afield.

he has had one quote in the thousands. and they were only going to use crappy iroco!

any help gladly receieved

Iroko is a type of wood similar to teak.
Not that crappy btw, but not as good as teak, either.

Come on Cliff, Iroco is that wonderful little restaurant in Madrid! I believe they are inspired by Asian fusion cuisine, at least that is what my google tells me?
