Hampshire Sail Makers / Repair

My furling genoa ripped last week whist sailing and i need it repaired fast. I live in Portsmouth however i can drive anywhere.
Does anyone know a good reasonably priced sail maker who is reasonabally fast at turnaround too.

Also what is the average cost of a corner and seam fixed for a length of around 15 - 2 Meters

Might try Covercare, in Thornham Marina http://www.covercare.co.uk/ Not sail-makers but undertake repairs and alterations. Put a new UV strip on a sail for me very quickly..

If you are actually in Portsmouth then why not go to Bond Sails (also known as Henderson covers) in Southsea marina (previously known as Langstone Marina).

They're up the steps on the second floor of the big building behind the Bombay Bay restaurant. Big sign on the side of the building.

Ask for Anthony - although he'll be the only one there. He does all the repairs himself on site.

What are the prices like at henderson sail makers. I am birthing at Southsea Marina so its conveniant but really looking for something cheap

Lucas at Wicormarine have always been reasonable I have found. Also used Coastal covers in Royal Clarence yard Gosport. Would recommend both.
