Hallyards rattling in the Mast


Can anyone advise the best way or minimise or irradicate the rattling of hallyards within the mast have tightened all hallyards but not sure if it might even be caused by internal cables within the mast.

The rattle of the halyards is normally the outside ones which I solves by fitting thumb cleats on my spreaders and hooking the halyards around to hold then away from the mast

A previous owner of our boat filled the mast with cavity wall insulation. It did nothing for the rattling but what a job it was to replace the aerial.
