I bought a Selden one this spring for installing a spinnaker halyard. Fairly sure it was a "slot liner" that I bought. Have a look through the Selden mast gear catalogue (they have a deck gear one which is separate) for the part number and order by that.

I rather hope you mean through the mast, not the boom? Yes halyard exits are quite easy to fit. The top and bottom ends are simply drilled to the appropriate radius and joined with a saw and filed. The exit hooks into the bottom of the slot and is then rivetted at the top - easy! Don't forget to stagger the exits so as to avoid weakening the mast, though.

If indeed it is for exit on the boom ie reefing and outhaul lines then I would suggest that rather than desicrate the boom that OP considers a turning box in the bottom of the boom to deck turning block back to winches on cabin top. It really is a far better arrangement to be able to reef from the cockpit. good luck olewill
