Haines 400 in the Jan edition of Motor Boats (French flight of fancy)

Does anyone know what motor or motors the boat has?

I liked the French Flight of Fancy article featuring a Haines 400
travelling the full length of France through the canals, (burning about 1200 litres of fuel)
But the article gives no details of the boat, size of engine or is it engines?
Just refers to the test article of a similar boat a Haines 42.

I will be doing a similar trip through the French canals to the Med in April
(in my Aquastar 33 which has a single 370hp Volvo)
It could be useful to help me estimate what I'm likely to burn.

I've had loads of boats around your size on the river, petrol, diesel, singles and twins. At 5 knts on the river they all seem to burn about 1gph.
