Last Friday I had the great good fortune to be the first journo and non-UKSA/C&N bod to sail GMIV. We had ideal conditions (apart from thunder storms) of Force 3 to 5.

How did she sail? Read YM September to find out...

OK! I'll give you the short version. She is not nearly as cranky as Chichester reported, but she is no upwind flier either and she still needs a chunk of two of lead. Of ocurse, the rudder has been modified and the keel modifications properly faired in.

Tee hee /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif...not strictly true, I had my hand on the helm on Thursday, but the winds were light - non existant but sail or rather drift in a controlled fashion we did /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif
