Owned a T24 ,knew the designer, and the comissioner of the design .Dick Pitcher ,a friend and admirer of thompsons designs ,who comissioned ,has just at the age of 76'ish sold the original T24 Goosander owing to ill health.
The T27 is the same boat with a counter stern .
They have been referred to in the past as the" Little Big" boat,in that they feel and behave more like a much larger yacht.I still beleive they are arguably one of the finest boats anywhere near their size. They are fast very seaworthy and comfortable, but of course do not offer the accommodation of her modern Plastic Fantastic successors.
PM me ,I have much to help you with, and cannot type ,except with one finger!
