I have not been into Pompy for a couple of years, SWMBO is phoning me at work asking where we are going at the weekend. Call me short sighted but I do not keep an Almanac in the office (some people expect me to work!).
Anybody been to Gunwharf, does it have visitors spaces, is it worth a visit?

yes but book first 9283 6732 (need dialing code) need to call qhm to cross the channel at ballast first ch 11, otherwise try haslar premier or royal clarence for a space and get the gosport ferry across.... shops will keep SWMBO happy for most of the day, then a trip up the tower

It is very small and suffers badly from ferry wash. Expect a bumpy stay. Better to stay at Haslar etc. and ferry over.
