I would imagine it’s something to do with the reliance they would propose to place on the chart given that the source data for quite a lot of the inset is either very old and/or of questionable provenance.

Seeing the conversion guide, leads me to ask what units are used in the chart. The UK had converted to metric decades before the last small update in 2002, but I am unsure what units are used in Grenada.

Those are all good and possible questions (with the exception of Bouba’s.)
Chart data and reliance has some relevance but think symbols.
What anchor and scope would you use in the anchorage? ;-) With a supplementary with regards to suitable weather..

Lack of many landmarks, or symbols thereof (assuming the candidate has been told not to use gps)? So question would be how do you know where you are accurately?
