In mallorca, on an axopar.

I thought it might have been South African but on closer inspection its not.

I've just cheated with Flag-Finder • Start and Easy Flag Identifier and Flag Detective - a tool to identify flags and I can't find it either!

It's kinda hard to make out - looks to me like a black on white cross on a flag that's quartered with red & green quarters. But I could easily be wrong.

I thought there used to be a flag identifier online that started with the colours, but I can't find it...
Edit: found it! The site that lets you search by colours, that is. Search The World Flag Database
Still no sign of the flag though...

I saw the that and thought the same, but the Nevis fag has a black strip through it not a cross.
