It's a good few years since I have been and if the weather is good ( one can hope ) then I plan to pay a visit next week. Any one have any recommendations on good places to eat? I have also heard horror stories of how crowded the marina gets these days, are they true or not?
Cheers

Hi

Not sure if you are a gourmet only eater, if so this wont be any good, but a nice place I like is overlooking the marina up on a terrace, not sure of the name, just nice to sit and have a drink and a bite and watch the boats

loads of them depends on how much you want to spend. try La Perla south of the marina just past the bus stop. for the kids try Fat Sams or for more resauranty type thing Da Nellos Christies or Saltwater.

Give me a call when you get here and I can advise you on some of the others depending on your nedds.

Should be there by next wednesday, depending on weather. I've always sailed, this will be my first power boat trip. Sailing takes about 25 hrs from Falmouth. I'll probably go Falmouth to Dartmouth then cross from there. Cant wait to zoom somewhere.
My 7 year old lives on fishfingers and chips, where should we go?

Was there last week and ate at Zest. It's off the high street in a court yard above onions pub? The pub was noisy but we did not hear it in the resturant. Would happily go back there. Nautique? overlooking the harbour seemed good but it needed booking hence Zest
